One time registration
One time registration is required for applying in various properties. Please note mobile number and email is necessary for completing the registration verification process.

Registration Verification
Please follow the email containing instructions to activate and complete the registration process.

Apply for Plots
Login to your account using your registered email address and password. Following are the details required to apply for plots:
- Scanned PDF document describing income details for last 3 financial years (as applicable). Declaration to be submitted on the official letterhead if not applicable.
- Scanned PDF document of balance sheet for last 3 financial years (as applicable). Declaration to be submitted on the official letterhead if not applicable.

Application Scrutiny
Application will get scrutinized by competent authorities. On approval applicant will receive an UPC code via email which will be required during the payment process. In case of rejection you may re-apply via fresh application.

Payment
Make payment using UPC code to complete the booking process.
